Just Be Friendly Mission

BF’s primary mission is to promote and develop a healthy human-animal relationship. Human activities have led to many problems for animals with urbanization, human-made calamities, the use of plastic, and greed for meat.

As humans have pushed animals into straying, JBF wants to address the situation and provide care for them. They seek to educate humans about the importance of animals in the ecosystem and our dependence on them and vice versa. JBF’s work may be broadly divided into the following areas:

– Rabies control through ABC and anti-rabies vaccination

– Rescuing injured animals and on-spot treatment of strays

– Relief and response during natural calamities

– Building capacities for contingencies

– Creating awareness about coexistence with animals

– Conducting educational programs on animal welfare in different institutes like schools, colleges, and more

The awareness drive includes:

– Humane education initiative

– Leaflet distribution and media campaigns

– Interaction with dog owners

– Internship opportunities

– Awareness campaigns
